To be eligible for the same day booking, you must:
- Book appointments online only before 9:30 am based upon the times available on our booking site.
- Same day booking is a $50 additional charge added to the selected service. The same day appointment fee does not apply if you book your appointment the day before. The fee only applies for same day service.
We only service the following areas Metairie, LA, Upper Garden District, Lower Garden District, Warehouse District, Harahan, LA, Elmwood LA, WestBank, Lakeview, Lake Vista, City Park, Audubon Park. We don't service any neighboring cities at this time outside of our service areas.

Since 2018, our mission has been to give back to the people in the community. I want our community outreach to connect with the people by meeting their needs and offering resources.
My 17 - year business journey has been filled with peaks, valleys, and innovation. As a native of New Orleans, I was born into a middle-class family where our faith in Jesus was and is the number one factor in our lives. Paying it forward was a common theme in my family, which assisted in shaping how I view business. In 2005, I was inspired by my mom to start washing cars in the neighborhood. That ultimately pushed me into the direction of starting a business, and soon enough, Personal Touch Car Care was born. As a 9th grader, I felt empowered to know that I had the ability to make my own money.
By 2008, my detailing business expanded to two states while I managed the demands of being a high school senior at Archbishop Rummel. With a bright future ahead, I decided to attend Southern University of New Orleans, where I was elected as Freshmen Class President for the 2008 - 2009 academic year. I was also selected to sit on the Luscher's College board at 19 years old. During that time, I wanted to do more for the youth, so I became a mentor at Upward Bound and Volunteers of America. But I didn’t stop there. In 2009, I started @bci_printingandgraphics, where we provided direct mail, offset printing, and graphic design services. I started this business because I saw a need to provide marketing materials to startups and mid-size businesses.
Over the next 5 years (2009 - 2014), I worked and served on congressional and state campaigns. In 2014, I opened a car wash in New Orleans East and operated it for a year before receiving word that the building was up for sale. In 2015, my life took a turn and I had to choose between continuing with the printing business or going 100% with the detailing. Things started to unravel because I was stretched too thin and headed in too many directions, which was a classic example of a Jack of all trades (and master of none). However, in 2016, I did it. I stepped out on faith and made the conscious decision to put the printing business on hold. I purchased a van and went 100% with mobile detailing.
